What is
Omega 3 DHA ?
(Docosahexaenoic Acid) is a long-chain fatty acid, which belongs to the Omega-3 fatty acid family.

Omega 3 EPA ?
EPA or Eisosapentaenoic acid is an Omega-3 fatty acid. EPA is a polyunsaturated fatty acid which inhibits platelet aggregation. It is obtained in our diet by eating oily fish or fish oil. Is is also found in our breast milk. The US National Institute of Health's MedlinePlus lists a large number of conditions in which EPA (alone or in concert with other Omega-3 sources) is known or thought to be effective. Most of these involve its ability to lower inflammation. |
